- Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with it’s original packaging for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment.
- All returns must be approved in advance. Please email info@thebook-fare.com
with your order number and return details to initiate the return process. - Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
- Please make sure that items are well packed and insured.
- A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in sellable condition.
- Damaged or incorrect items received will be reviewed and replaced on a case-by-case basis. Please keep all items and packaging as they are received.
- No returns will be accepted on books or food items.
- We ship within the United States Only.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of orders.
- Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses in a single order.
- Our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods and holidays. We ask that you plan accordingly during these times.
- The Book Fare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products that occur during transit.
- If your order is returned to us, you will be contacted immediately. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in your order being refunded excluding shipping, and your items returned to our inventory.
